LINCOLN -- Plenty of smoke and flames filling the air from the 4200 block of Cornhusker during rush hour Thursday morning. At least one person was hospitalized for what are described as "non life-threatnening" injuries, after a fire broke out in a camper. Lincoln Fire Batallion Chief Tim Linke tells KFOR News at the scene they made sure the fire didn't spread to any other campers, mobile homes or nearby vehicles. He says crews quickly put out the fire. Linke says a family pet hasn't been found and Animal Control has been brought in to help with the search of the animal. The camper is a total loss and the cause of the fire is still under investigation.
